We recently decided to sell our Abrahams flat in Leyton, and upsize to a 3 bed house in Leytonstone. Vince came around the day we contacted him, took some superb photos, and put it online that night. He needn’t have bothered, as Vince already had 10+ people interested before the advert even went live. The very next day, we had 6+ people view our flat (while we popped out to the pub and let Vince do his thing). Whilst enjoying a couple beers, Vince called and not only did he have an offer all but set-in stone, it was for significantly higher than we thought we would ever achieve. One further day later, the offer was official. Throughout the process, we had many obstacles with difficult solicitors on both sides, but throughout, Vince kept in contact, and essentially kept me sane. He answered and made calls well outside of his contracted hours, responded to messages when he was not even working, couriered documents personally to and from solicitors, and literally dragged the process across the line all but single handily. Buying and selling a house is VERY stressful, so do yourself a favour, and get this guy on-board to minimise the stress and make sure it happens and at the best deal/price possible for you!
