Is it just us or does January often leave you feeling a little, well, cold?! Not just physically of course (we anxiously await the return of double-digit temperatures), but in terms of your home. Replacement keys - Limited to the reasonable costs of replacement


Utilities, council tax, communication services, TV Licence etc - Tenants own responsibility unless otherwise stated in contract
