He’s been an estate agent in E11 since 1999 when he was a mere 16 years old: he loves the neighbourhood and can’t think of anywhere else he’d rather be selling property. He’s now sold well over 1,000 homes in the neighbourhood and helped people move at pretty much every stage of their lives: first time buyers, couples moving in together, growing families, downsizers and right through to retirees. Whether you own a studio flat on Leytonstone High Road, a lovely maisonette on the Abrahams Estate in Leyton, or a big family house in Bushwood or Wanstead, Vince believes you deserve the very best in customer service.

Paul creates all of our written content, from the area guides and blogs on our website, to promotional campaigns, to our professionally written descriptions; if you are selling a property in Leytonstone, Wanstead, Leyton or Forest Gate, Paul will ensure your home is properly presented to the world! He was an estate agent for 25 years before switching careers to property marketing - he maintains it was his ability to spell that really set him apart. We can’t say he hasn’t got a point - the estate agency industry is hardly famous for its literary prose or even reasonable grammar, so Paul is leading a personal crusade to bring grammar, spelling and pizzazz to the writings of estate agency, and no-one is going to stop him.

If you imagine a swan making its way majestically down a river, while under the surface its legs are powering away to keep everything afloat and in motion, Claire is most certainly the legs of the EELEVEN swan. Almost everything you don't see about the smooth running of the company is done by Claire, from making sure the bills are paid to ensuring our systems function and that everyone has all they need to concentrate on outstanding customer service.

Patrik - Social media manager

Social media manager

Patrik works closely alongside Paul to translate our written and digital content into social media posts. So he’ll pull soundbites from our blog articles, area guides and property descriptions to build snappy and engaging stories for Instagram and Facebook to help anyone thinking of selling to make the most of their move. He also uses photography and events to promote the neighbourhoods we cover and to help buyers discover the lifestyle of and around Leytonstone, Leyton, Wanstead, Forest Gate. Daniela - Office organiser

If Claire is the legs then Daniela is the backbone of the EELEVEN office. She spends her time ensuring photo shoots and floor plan drawings are booked in; that For Sale and Sold signs go up in the right place and say the right thing; that property details are correctly compiled and signed off by owners;  that our website and the property portals are up to date with all our listings; that sales memorandums are prepared and sent; and that keys are in and ready for collection by buyers pm completion days..
